RETURNS
We hope you love your KALDSTUDIOS order. If something isn't quite right, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Here you will find all information about your return.
RETURNS & RETURN CONDITIONS
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. After your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
Please handle our products with care. Items may be tried on and inspected, but only to the extent that would be possible in a shop.
For a return, we kindly ask you to make sure that the items:
- have not been worn beyond trying them on and have not been washed,
- still have all original labels and hang tags attached,
- are free of make-up, deodorant and other stains,
- have no perfume, smoke or other odours,
- have not been altered and
- are returned with all accessories supplied.
These points are a request to you and not a condition for withdrawal – your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
If an item shows signs of use or damage resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and this has caused a loss in value, this may be taken into account in the refund to the extent permitted by law.
A direct exchange is currently not possible. If you would like an item in a different size or version, please place a new order.
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
You can easily register your return via our returns portal.
Simply scan the QR code on the card enclosed with your order, or open our returns portal online and follow the steps.
You will receive your return label via the returns portal.
You bear the costs of the return. The cost of the return label provided via our returns portal will be deducted from your refund.
Please pack your return carefully and keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Returns cannot be dropped off in person at our returns address.
REFUNDS
As soon as your return has arrived, it will be checked carefully. You will receive an email once we have received and processed your return.
The refund will be made via the original payment method. The cost of the return label provided via our returns portal will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the returned goods show a loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, this loss in value may be taken into account in the refund to the extent permitted by law.
Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days after the refund has been issued until the credit appears on your account.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, please contact us at info@kaldstudios.com before arranging a return.
Please let us know your order number and, if possible, send us photos of the item concerned so that we can review your request as quickly as possible.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal policy
The German version of this withdrawal policy is legally binding. This English version is provided for convenience.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KALD STUDIOS GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: info@kaldstudios.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to our returns warehouse (KALDSTUDIOS – ID: 17266, c/o Beckmann Systemlogistik GmbH, Location Köln-Lövenich, Dieselstr. 2, 50859 Köln, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
